A yuppie is no yuppie without credit cards. Nobody in the Metro city area escapes the marketing people of the credit card companies.

One of my most unforgettable experiences in the city was when I had an interview in the Metro city. A fine gentleman in a mikey mouse necktie approached me and shared with me his umbrella (the heat was scourging that time). I was amazed how our conversation evolved into interesting things. Financial difficulty are trying times for all of us. And so I always resort to personal loans. Its hard enough to wake up everyday. To go to work and when payday comes, to settle all bills on time. Everything seems to be caving in. So many obligations to meet. How do I come up with all of these?

I need the gift of perseverance to continue this journey of life’s trials. And a wisdom to use my meager wealth responsibly. Starting today I will save and budget my money properly. I will buy only the things I need. I will practice to bring my own lunch and snack at work and avoid eating in the fast foods or do some delivery. I will start cooking instead of buying instant foods. I hope these plans will work out.

Have you heard about this real estate flipping? Today this is the trend buying an old house, remodelled it and sell it. My brother did the same but this house turn to be their family house.
