Ever since I got my personal computer, I’ve been using dial-up, the least expensive internet connection. Now, due to my being addicted to internet blogging, I applied for a satellite based access. But it didn’t work out because of the many trees that blocks the internet service provider’s tower from the antenna. So my last option is the DSL which uses cables. It took them about three days to make it work but it’s worth the wait. Now I can write and publish as many blogs as I can because I can access the internet 24/7! And my great plan to enroll on online school and it will be now a dream come true for me. What a gift of technology can give that can make life a little bit easier, flexible and enjoyable. Speaking of technology my friend introduced me to a virtual assistant called ClientSpot. It offer services for business that can manage tasks, assignments, calendar events, deadlines and others. This s a great help for businesses specially in their online management and a connection with their remote clients. According to them their system is easy to use and have advance features like automatic reminders or a start or stop timer. They also offer free personal accounts with up to 5 users and 2 active projects at a time. It’s sound very interesting so check it out more here http://www.myclientspot.com

Last Saturday, I happen to chat with my friend who resides in UK he told me that he attended a Communication skills Seminar for Finance and Non-Finance Managers. Their company just felt that they need more knowledge in this area for better information dissemination in their organization.

They hired the services of PTP- www.ptp.co.uk, They are expert in providing different training services like sales, marketing, management, finance, planning, personal development, customer care and the like. And they have about hundreds of courses to choose from including their unique training called U-Choose. I just think these kinds of services would be very helpful not only to the company’s well-being but to the workforce- the company people themselves.
