Just lucky

I was reading the papers yesterday. It’s kinda scary that jobless people had already hit five million. The global crisis has affected everyone already. The rapid pace of layoffs in the world’s biggest economy, which experienced recession for more than a year, had been the evidences. I wish the crisis will be over soon. We are all feeling the effect of the crisis. I could not do the things that I often do to relax and have a good time like going to spas regularly, playing golf and going out at night. I need to save money in times like these. As analysts say, people should lessen spending nowadays.
I was really feeling sad about the news when my friend called me to say he is treating us for dinner. He just said, a blessing just came in and he feels like sharing it to his friends. Then he said he is so lucky lately. I am guessing he won in lotto, game or bet that is why he is treating us all. How lucky. I hope I’ll win also the next time I play.
