My bestfriend and I got the chance of spending our free time in the shopping center. Since he is always busy on his work and hobby , he took this chance of his free time and invited me to go shopping with him . When we arrived at the mall he asked me that we will go first to the computer shop to buy some things for his hobby on world of warcrafts. He has also told me about buy a wow account. He is very fascinated with this hobby of him. After that we went in the department stores to avail their sales on clothing items. I bought my summer dresses and some t-shirts too. We also look for some shoes and I bought two pairs of sneakers. We had also lunch in the pizza restaurant. I ordered a small pizza with spaghetti. On our way home, since it is still early to go home that time I decided to dropped by at his place to visit his pets. I love to see his cat, the parrot and niki his wonderful friend dog. Before dinner I bade him goodbye and till next time when he will have again free time for me. If not I and our others friends will just visit him in his place.
Just thinking about you…
…and asking the Lord to shower you with His blessings today and always!
That was the message in the card that I received last Saturday from Sr. Karen finally we can fill the spaces between after so many years of no personal communication with her (because of many circumstances as she was preparing to enter the convent). I was very eager to hear from her, so that Sunday morning I called her up with their phone in the convent. It was a teary eyed and much bursted laughter conversation, we’re just like those days in our dorm…
sunday is a family day here it is very much alloted to the whole family where in fact all shops are close here during Sundays. Only the restaurants, cafeshops and amusement centers or parks are open. I planned to do some household chores that I was not able to do the rest of the week but my hubby insisted to go for a stroll at the botanical garden in cologne. As we were preparing the phone rang and it was my mother-in-law asking us to drop by at their house for some coffee and cakes. The mother and son agreed that we went there after our walk. When we arrived at the park (after a 30 minutes ride and 10 minutes seaching for parking spaces)
I noticed…
a lot of families there having their picnics.
a newly wed who slipped out their reception just to have a photo shooting
a group of tourist japanese or chinese (who even laid to the ground just to take up the best shot position for their photos)
different plants and flowers around the world from the phils were the ferns, a waling-waling orchird and a cassava plant.
i was very amazed with the big and tall cactus/cacti plant
the sole of my feet were aching so we ended the walk and drove to my inlaws for a cup of coffee and fresh bake apple cake a specialty of my mother-in-law.
Waaaaaaah… watch out the calorie!!!
