Living one day at a time

Summer has always been the best season for us. It’s the time of the year where we get to spend a longer period with our love ones, as compared with the holidays. Kids have summer vacations and often times we get summer work leaves. And most of these free times are spent at our home while bonding with the whole family. For this summer, I am planning to have our lawn get a new landscape. More grass and plants sh0uld be added. I am also thinking of putting a sand box and a seesaw on the left side corner for the kids and outdoor furniture on the opposite side. I’m sure everyone; especially the kids will love to see these new things this summer.

We just finished our general cleaning in the house since everyone are around to help me. First I renovated our attic for more space and rooms in the house. It turned out as our home office or work room. At first I got the problem, how can we start the clean up and renovation when the attic is full of valuable things. I cant simply disposed them. To my curiosity, I searched the net some tips in packing and I found this website Art Storage. They offer a space for some belongings, properties paintings and arts to be stored with them securely and safely. What a good idea from them. Today I can say that the summer vacation really worth it because we have done a lot. The next thing would be a beach vacation to made us all relax and to complete our summer this year.

My friend got a promotion in her existing employment. She’s not the typical office girl anymore. With her new job position, she get to travel a lot, dealing with new clients and visiting their existing clients to cater to their needs. With her new work status we will have little time to see her and that she wanted to organize a party for us before she will start travelling. She asked us yesterday to help her organize and prepare. One suggest that we can have a poker night party by playing in a rented Poker Tables from her uncle. The others suggested a trip for a beach party and I suggested a karaoke night hahah… Our other friend preferred to combined all and that will be very enjoyable and every one of us will have great fun. In the end we decided to do all the party in three weeks. The first week would be the poker nights to be held at my other friend’s flat. The second week would be the karaoke party in my house. Then the beach party will be in charged by the celebrant. Everyone got excited and this will be a non-stop party for our friend to substitute the times she will not be with us. Anyway technology is always there for us to bridge whatever distances we have.
