When my parents left for a 5 day cruise, they all gave me all the authority over the whole households -meaning, including my 6 year old twin nephews. But as they say, authority comes with responsibility. At first, it was ok as the whole household overseer, until I didn’t notice, one of my nephews brought his baseball ball inside the house. When I was busy preparing dinner, they played baseball inside the house! And you got it right, a lot of breakables got broken, including my mom’s favorite flower vase and blomus stainless steel teaset.
