Running late for work, I jump inside my car to drive but it didn’t want to start. I didn’t know what the problem was. So I left it and rode a taxi. The heavy rain just stopped when we were almost there. Then suddenly, because of the wet road, two cars from behind collided. Though not that hard, we were hit by one, causing the taxi that I was riding to almost hit the rear spoilers of the car at our front. I thought there will be a car rumble that time and it would be my end. Thank God it didn’t’happen and nobody had any serious injuries. And the advantage of what happened was that I had something to reason out why I was late for work that day. When I met my department head this morning on the hallway, he told me we’ll be having a short meeting in the afternoon about New York IT Outsourcing. Two things came to my mind. One is the desire to be the secretary for the meeting and the way on how to get to the conference room ahead of the others. During our department’s short meetings, every staff wants to be the secretary of the meeting. Why? because as a secretary, you need to document the meeting using our immediate superior’s brand new touch screen laptop where you can write on its screen like an ordinary pad of paper. It’s really cool!

My sister went in their high school reunion last week. She was very delighted to meet all her classmates since they were all gone to a different colleges before and they didn’t have anymore chances to meet each other. Anyway that is life, one should face the real world alone and be carried by the time. This morning I have the chance to talked to my sister and asked her to make stories about their reunion. She said they all have fun reminiscing their high school days including their parties, rideshare to save money since they were students. They were also delighted to remember their own naughtiness in their classroom and one another. She also asked all their contact numbers and emails so she can have a line with them. She also told me about her high school crush but sad to say he is now married. I just teased her that he is not really her prince. Maybe the one she is dating now. She just laugh because this time she is very choosy and I don’t know if she has still plan to settle down. But I just advised her to take her time since marriage is a difficult decision in life to enter too. I just wish her the best of everything.
