Living One Day at a Time

I got an off from work last weekend because I attended the bridal shower party of my sister in law. Her friends organized the party secretly that my sister in law doesn’t have any idea about it. So when he arrived at the venue she was really surprise. She thought she will be having some dinner with her friends.

The shower party was great and wholesome. We gave her some inspiring messages as we presented our gifts to her including lingerie, because I picked a sexy lingerie as my gift to her. Every one of us enjoyed the party including the games presented. At the end my sister in law thanks us all for making her wedding preparation a relaxing one although she is already stressed out. We assured her that everything will be alright and not to think more about it instead she must start already her beauty rest to be able to look great on her big day.

My friend and I got the chance of spending our free time in the shopping center. Since he is always busy on his work and hobby , he took this chance of his free time and invited me to go shopping with him . When we arrived at the mall he asked me that we will go first to the computer shop to buy some things for his hobby on world of warcrafts. He has also an account in sell wow accounts in the net. He is very fascinated with this hobby of him. After that we went in the department stores to avail their sales on clothing items. I bought my summer dresses and some t-shirts too. We also look for some shoes and I bought two pairs of sneakers. We had also lunch in the pizza restaurant. I ordered a small pizza with spaghetti. On our way home, since it is still early to go home that time I decided to dropped by at his place to visit his pets. I love to see his cat, the parrot and niki his wonderful friend dog. Before dinner I bade him goodbye and till next time when he will have again free time for me. If not I and our others friends will visit him.

Last Sunday at our church group get together, we shared our week’s blessings by telling inspiring stories that happened the past week. I was struck by this fellow who narrated a letter he received from one of our group mates before who once went astray with drug addiction. But now with the help of our group, we were able to refer him to undergo drug treatment. He had a good recovery there and now he’s living a normal life.

Here an exceprt his letter shared to us. He was very thankful for our help, support and humor. He said it was an incredible experience, one he could never have imagined in his wildest dreams. According to him, it is so much more fun tripping out on life instead of drugs or alcohol. There’s a whole new world that has opened up for him and being able to show up for himself and life is one of the most exciting parts of his recovery inside the drug rehab center. After that we were all teary eyed which is tears of joy knowing someone still found the value and hopes in life.

A few more days the month of April will passed by and summer is fast approaching. I cant wait anymore to have my summer vacation and if only I can pull the time and summer is here to stay. Have you already thought what will you this summer? or where will you want to stay to enjoy your summer vacation? This coming summer we already planed to spend it in Myrtle Beach vacation where fun, excitement, comfort, elegance, music and magic are all in one at one place. It is a place of fun with different attractions and events. You can choose from their fun rides, sports activities at Myrtle Beach golf with 100 courses and shopping too in their outlet malls and shopping centers along the beach. They have also lots of live shows and performances like concert, movies and dinner shows. There are also beautiful parks and museums to visits and learn about culture. Dining and accommodation is not a problem because they have the best Myrtle Beach hotels where you have an access of the ocean view. They have also a fine dinning in their in house restaurant lounge and bar with unlimited breakfast buffet. The place is very interesting that’s why we are already excited about it. My personal favorite on the facilities is their high speed and wireless internet connection in every room. I can’t really wait for summer!

My sister won a plasma TV on a GNC coupons raffle promo at the local department store last year, that motivates her to loose weight. She started her daily jogging and eating a healthy balance diet. She also constanly visit the gym, she goes to work by walsking since her work is just in our town center. She uses the srair case whenever she is at work or when we go to the shopping centers. And after two months she was very satisfied with the result. I hope she still continues what she started.
