Living One Day at a Time

My sister won a plasma TV on a GNC coupons raffle promo at the local department store last year, that motivates her to loose weight. She started her daily jogging and eating a healthy balance diet. She also constanly visit the gym, she goes to work by walsking since her work is just in our town center. She uses the srair case whenever she is at work or when we go to the shopping centers. And after two months she was very satisfied with the result. I hope she still continues what she started.

I am eyeing to buy a new notebook computer as a gift to my father on father’s day. I hope I can find a discount before that day. For now I am canvassing for the great price and good quality notebook. My father will surely like this gift because he is wishing to have it. To prepare him I asked one of his grandson to teach him how to use a computer. As of now he is learning fast and excited too to have his own computer.

Last friday I already booked for our summer vacation. It is better to be early than nothing. This coming summer vacation will be spend at the beaches and I hope everyone will enjoyed it. We got an all inclusive package from plane ticket, refreshment to accommodation. The hotel is just a beach front and with two big pools. The only thing we will work it out now is the travel health insurance which is very important. We will also acquire protection provided by vaccination from our family physician.

Last weekend I got to meet my friend who just arrived from US. I went to her place that afternoon and as she open the door I didnt really recognize her. She looks younger, slimmer and with a positive aura. I asked her if she can share me her beauty tips to stay younger and some slimming procedures.
