It’s been a month I don’t include meat in my diet. It’s one of my agenda this year on how to lose weight. I got alternatives of fish and protein rich vegetables. At first the craving is always there but I tried to discipline my self. For the mean i loose a few pound and hopefully in will work out. And if I got my wish weight, I will just include meat once a month in my diet. Wish me good luck!
