I received a call from my client this morning informing me that the taxi driver delivered my folder bag to his office late yesterday afternoon and that he already sent it thru express delivery. His office address was printed on some of the documents inside the bag that’s why the driver took the bag to his office. The folder bag was the only thing that left my mind when I got out from the car. I realized I left inside the taxi, an hour after settling at the hotel. The contents of the bag included 2 bank checkbooks, documents of the client and other documents about New York IT Services. So I called my friend working in the bank to ask what to do. She told me that they are going to freeze my account for the mean time. Whew! Thank goodness!
Thanks to the honest taxi driver, I got my check books back. After receiving the bag, I had to go to the bank to inform them that I recovered my check books. The bank manager asked me to visit the bank to sign some papers for authorizations. When I got there and finished my transaction with them, the manager was informing me about their latest business funding service. It was a good deal for those who are starting business and those who like to expand. The information I got was so timely because my dad has been contemplating on expanding business operations. So the next day, while maximizing my leave, I accompanied my dad to the bank to learn more about their new business funding service

We were all very surprised when my sister brought home lots of food and drinks last night. She got promoted at work. It was a break that she had been working ever since she got her first job with a company just like in Boston IT Services. Later for greener pasture she move to a new job in the other city. I remember how she combined hard work and attitude in doing her job. After a year she became one of the most eyed in the lower management level. Her ideas were not contributing to higher income but also harmony among the levels of management.
My sister was promoted in her work. Being now in one of their company’s key positions, she is entitled to an executive salary and fringe benefits like a new car plus a car insurance a free membership at Golf club and an annual holiday vacation anywhere in the world. I was surprised about the golf club. My sister is not playing golf. She fined the sport too boring, that’s why she is into lawn tennis. But now she has to learn to appreciate golf because most of the time, she will be rubbing elbows and closing deals with their clients at the golf club. Great job my dear sister. May you be more successful in your undertakings! Cheers!

During one of my weekend vacation with my brother‘s family at their place, my 10 year old nephew was glued in assembling a computer using PC Kits. My sister in law told me the story about my nephew’s fascination with the computer. He already knows the computer parts from hard disk, motherboards and so on. First, his school’s involves the kids into computer lessons. 0ne time he got home from school, he told them he wanted to become an IT specialist someday. My brother and his wife were surprised to hear him talk about computer since during his early education he hates about computer. It turned out that he got his ideas on their computer lessons.
There was even a time when he brought home computer magazine and went on lecturing them about the facts he learned from the magazine. He even makes discussion with his father about computer and teaching his grandparents on how to use the computer. During our talk , I asked him if he can repair my old laptop so it can be useful. He told me he will check it and instructed me to bring it with me the next time I will visit them. Instead of agreeing, I told him to visit me this coming weekend and that we can also go to the amusement park near my place. He excitedly said yes and his parents agreed too. What a wizard boy he is. At his age I can see he can go a long way with his dreams and passion.

My niece is preparing to enter in college. There are a lot of things to be needed and she must be prepared physically, mentally and financially. This time she already made the right decision which course to take up. Students apply to one or more colleges or universities by submitting an application which each college evaluates by its own criteria. The college then decides whether to extend an offer of admission to the student. Their system is decentralized, each college has its own criteria for admission, even when using a common application form or a college admission essays. I didn’t know about this because we have different system here. A student should past a final examination after finishing his secondary education. And when they have passed their final exams, they are given a document which contains their grades and which formally enables them to attend university. This means it includes the functions of a high school graduation certificate and a university entrance exam. Then they choose which of the two types of higher education institutions to enroll. Weather in an Institute of technology that is a university focusing on engineering sciences, or in University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Now a days when all prices are always getting higher, education is also expensive. I hope my niece can find a part time job to help her finance her studies.
