If you work hard, you should play hard as well. A lot of people tend to always have the time of their lives eating rich cholesterol food, drinking too much and sleeping less. Far from their knowledge, they are loosing one of the most important organs in the body, the liver. This organ is like a strainer that accumulates the harmful chemicals inside the body.
Having fun in life is not bad. We just have to see to it that we are not abusing our health. I also have the time in my life often but I make sure my liver stays healthy. I would always compensate my unhealthy activities with fruits and veggies intakes, exercise and giving my liver a bath with liver cleanse. Believe me, I never felt this healthy!
