Building our nest

Last week we went in the municipal office to ask about the residential lots they are selling within the town. The employee in charge about this showed us a lot of choices including the biggest residential village. We were looking for the cheapest residential lot and he showed us one that is already proven with phase 1 environmental. This means the area contain some hazardous substances before but already clean up. We decided not to take it as a reference. We were interested with the new village and we tried to look for just an appropriate lot for us.
