We were really determine to have a house of our own and we already started canvassing a great real state. To our hunting we stable about Wilmington NC real estate. They have also open house and we like to visit this three bedroom single family house. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large eat in kitchen with 2 pantries and an oversize bonus room with marsh views. Other details are smooth ceilings, ceiling fans, fireplace, large laundry room and lots of storage. Master suite includes vaulted ceilings, 2 closets and luxurious bathroom with garden tub. The exterior features mature landscaping, irrigation system and secluded deck to relax and enjoy summer evenings.

Last week we went in the municipal office to ask about the residential lots they are selling within the town. The employee in charge about this showed us a lot of choices including the biggest residential village. We were looking for the cheapest residential lot and he showed us one that is already proven with phase 1 environmental. This means the area contain some hazardous substances before but already clean up. We decided not to take it as a reference. We were interested with the new village and we tried to look for just an appropriate lot for us.
