New start

December 6th 2007 -

My attention was strucked on this article I read about teen addiction. It stated that if a teen thinks he is addicted to drugs or alcohol, recognizing that he has a problem and the first step is getting a help. And so a lot of people think they can kick the problem on their own, but that doesn’t work for most people. Find someone you can trust to talk to. It may help to talk to a friend or someone your own age at first, but a supportive and understanding adult is better. If you can’t talk to your parents, you may want to approach a school counselor, relative, doctor, favorite teacher, or religious leader. The best option for getting help is through addiction treatment. Here one can be treated well for a new start.
