Have you heard about this real estate flipping? Today this is the trend buying an old house, remodelled it and sell it. My brother did the same but this house turn to be their family house. He bought an old house, repaired, remodelled it to a modern one and he made some savings compare to buying a new house. To do this find a great real state in oder not to risked your own investment.
