Tonight when it is dark
Saint Nicholas may come.
He loves to bring a big surprise.
He gives the children toys.

Cookies, apples,
Balls and games,
Bells and whistles,
Dolls and trains.
Surprises for the boys.
Surprises for the girls.
Saint Nicholas is our friend in heaven.
He is the children’s saint.

We thank you, good Saint Nicholas!
We thank you for the toys!
We thank you, good Saint Nicholas!
You bring us many joys.

Today, during the coffee break here in the office, all are crazy with the new Rancilio Silvia espresso machine. Everyone wanted a cup of espresso and as if nobody want to go back to work. Good thing this new machine will add pep to the office and aroma to everyone. Because all were alive and kicking after the break and in just that minute of a pause we experience to be in Milan, Italy.

God speaks to us
through long lines,
and traffic jams,
and all of life’s annoying
inconveniences.

God speaks to us
through toilet paper
on shoes,
bad hair days,
and all of life’s
humiliating
experiences.

God speaks to us
through flat tires,
bounced checks,
broken appliances,
and all the “last straws”
that make us say,
“I give up!”
so He can finally
take over.

Hold on tight,
God is up to something
wonderful for you.

Have you heard about this real estate flipping? Today this is the trend buying an old house, remodelled it and sell it. My brother did the same but this house turn to be their family house. He bought an old house, repaired, remodelled it to a modern one and he made some savings compare to buying a new house. To do this find a great real state in oder not to risked your own investment.

My attention was strucked on this article I read about teen addiction. It stated that if a teen thinks he is addicted to drugs or alcohol, recognizing that he has a problem and the first step is getting a help. And so a lot of people think they can kick the problem on their own, but that doesn’t work for most people. Find someone you can trust to talk to. It may help to talk to a friend or someone your own age at first, but a supportive and understanding adult is better. If you can’t talk to your parents, you may want to approach a school counselor, relative, doctor, favorite teacher, or religious leader. The best option for getting help is through addiction treatment. Here one can be treated well for a new start.
